The VMAX kit requires a permanent modification to the stamped aluminum under-frame to be able to mount the bracket. The bracket can accept several of the taillights, as shown in the images above, and availble as a purchase choice in the menu. The bracket that currently ships with the kit is a sand-blasted matte stainless steel version. It's great left as-is, or sprayed with either a clear or matte-black. If you choose to spray it, be sure to clean off the fine mill dust with a solvent for proper coating adhesion. [Download/preview VMAX Installation instructions here . . .]
